In DC you are required to submit a Home school Letter of intent annually to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education. The current coordinator is Stephanie Thomas her contact info is below. In addition to the letter you must have a and show that you graduated high school or have a GED. Attached is the notification form for 2011-2012 school year and the regulations.
